In pursuance of Article 104 of the Customs code of Ukraine, Item 6 of the Section 2 "Temporary Storage of Goods" of the Special application And to the International convention about simplification and harmonization of customs procedures of 18:05. 73, Item 17 of the Section VI of the Program of fight against the smuggling and customs offense for 2008-2009 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 04.03.2008 of N 195, and for the purpose of enhancement of accounting of goods which move through warehouses of temporary storage I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for accounting and provision to customs authorities of the reporting concerning goods in warehouses of temporary storage (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. To department of the organization of customs control (Serbaylo A. I.) in two weeks after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, to the introduction it in force to develop Technical requirements to program information support on accounting of goods in warehouses of temporary storage (далееСВХ).

3. To regional information customs (Koposov S.A.) and to Department of the organization of customs control (Serbaylo A. I.) approve Technical requirements to program information support on accounting of goods on SVH in two weeks after their development.
