Determine that pervoocheredny running repair of apartment houses and apartments of persons having the right to it according to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" "About the basic principles of social protection of veterans of work and other citizens of advanced years in Ukraine" and "About the victims of Nazi prosecutions" is carried out according to the Instructions for use the room of apartment houses and hostels approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 1992 No. 572 "About the mechanism of introduction of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state housing stock" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1992, No. 11, Art. 270; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 4, Art. 159; 2009, No. 3, Art. 78).

3. Declare invalid Item 10 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 16, 1994 No. 94 "About procedure for provision of the privileges provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1994, No. 6, the Art. 147).
