About approval of single sample of the registration certificate

In pursuance of provisions of the Law on state registration of the companies and the N 1265-XIV organizations of October 5, 2000. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, N 31-34, Art. 109), with subsequent changes and amendments, and the Orders of the Government N 272 of March 6, 2002. "About measures for creation of the automated information system "State Register of Legal Units" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, N 40-42, Art. 376) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

single sample of the registration certificate according to the appendix N 1;

the list of the orders of the Government which are recognized invalid, according to the appendix N 2.

2. To the state registration chamber since December 1, 2004:

issue to the companies and the organizations of the registration certificate of single sample;

perform free of charge exchange of earlier granted registration certificates.

3. For exchange of the registration certificate it are represented to registration body the original certificate about registration of old sample and the original about assignment of fiscal code which will be attached to accounting case.

4. Upon the demand of licensees, in connection with exchange of registration certificates, to licensing authorities to make corresponding changes to contents of licenses without application of the procedure established for their renewal.
