RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of the List of socially important goods (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of Economics, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 1999 N 285 "About some measures for price stabilization (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus decides:

1. Approve the List of socially important goods (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of Economics, (is applied) by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom.

2. Ceased to be valid

3. Grant to the Ministry of Economics the right to establish from the list approved by Item 1 of this resolution, types of goods (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of Economics. The prices (rates) for other types of goods (works, services) from the specified list are regulated by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom.

4. To the Ministry of Economics to bring regulations of the Ministry into accord with this resolution.
