1. The Azerbaijan Republic "Glory" citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic, foreign citizens and stateless persons are awarded the order:
for special merits in economic, scientific and technical and welfare development;
for special merits in strengthening of the world and friendship and development of cooperation between the people;
for outstanding labor results in the industry, transport, communication, construction and other industries of the national economy;
for special merits in the field of science, educations and health cares.
2. The medal "Glory" is worn on the left side of breast and in the presence of other awards and medals of the Azerbaijan Republic is located after award of "Honour".

The award "Glory" consists of composition in the form of the half moon framed with national ornament with the laurel wreaths represented inside and the sun with the ascending beams.
