Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for burial of hazardous substances and dumpings of sewage into subsoil.

Regulations on procedure for burial of hazardous substances and dumping of sewage into subsoil

1. This Provision establishes procedure for burial of hazardous substances and dumping of sewage into subsoil, and also the list of the documents required in case of collection, preparation and burial of hazardous substances and dumping of sewage into subsoil.

2. Burial of hazardous substances in subsoil should be considered as the temporary measure directed to the prevention of environmental pollution by the harmful toxic waste not suitable for further use and conversion of the agricultural chemicals, alkalis, acids prohibited to the application of products and materials which are stored on the superficial and open areas. In the future the buried hazardous substances are liable to utilization or destruction using the technologies ensuring safety of the environment.

3. For burial of hazardous substances and dumping of sewage into subsoil the natural, properly equipped underground emptiness, excavations, wells and specially constructed storages are used.
