The regulations on the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);
The regulations on Department on tourism of the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).
1-1. Determine the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Sport and tourism according to appendix.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 9, 1996 No. 87 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1996, No. 5, the Art. 116);
