About approval of the Regulations on payment procedure of compensation for the acquired rehabilitation technical tool or services
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the rights of persons with disability" and for the purpose of determination of procedure for rendering the public assistance to disabled people by payment of compensation for the acquired technical rehabilitation tool or the services Cabinet of Ministers to them decides:
1. Approve Regulations on payment procedure of compensation for the acquired rehabilitation technical tool or services according to appendix No. 1.
2. Create the Special commission on consideration of questions of payment of compensation for the acquired rehabilitation technical tool or services (further - the Special commission) in structure according to appendix No. 2.
The special commission (Haitov) in two weeks to develop and approve regulations of work of the Special commission.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.

1. This Provision according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the rights of persons with disability" determines compensation payment procedure to persons with disability for the technical tool of rehabilitation or service acquired by them at the expense of own means which shall be provided to persons with disability on free basis in the procedure established by the legislation.
