1. Approve the enclosed Program of fight against drug addiction and drug trafficking in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2009-2011 (further the Program).
2. To the central executive bodies, and also state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval), to akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty to provide implementation of actions, provided by the Program, both annually by June 30 and on December 30 to provide information on their accomplishment in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Annually by July 20 and on January 20 to provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan summary information on the course of accomplishment of the Program.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
