According to part five of item 4 of the Regulations on rendering the state financial support to small business entities and subjects of infrastructure of support of small business at the expense of the means provided in programs of the state support of the small business approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 255 "About some measures of the state support of small business" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish extreme values of proceeds from sales of goods (performance of works, rendering services) excluding tax on value added for 2008 for the following small business entities:
individual entrepreneurs - 500 million rubles;
the microorganizations - 2000 million rubles;
the small organizations - 14 000 million rubles.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2009.
