About some measures of the state support of small business

For the purpose of further development of small business and increase in efficiency of rendering the state support to it:

1. Determine that treat small business entities:

the individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus;

the microorganizations - the commercial organizations registered in the Republic of Belarus with average number of workers calendar year prior to 15 people inclusive;

the small organizations - the commercial organizations registered in the Republic of Belarus with average number of workers for calendar year from 16 to 100 people inclusive.

The average number of employees of small business entities is determined according to the procedure, item 4 of the Regulations on the rendering the state financial support to small business entities and subjects of infrastructure of support of small and medium entrepreneurship provided in parts three and the fourth at the expense of the means provided in programs of the state support of the small and medium entrepreneurship approved by this Decree.

Special registration of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities as small business entities or other confirmation of the specified status from state bodies is not required.

2. The state financial support at the expense of the means provided in programs of the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship appears:

2.1. to small business entities by provision:

2.1.1. Belarusian fund of financial support of entrepreneurs:

financial resources on returnable paid or non-paid basis;

property on the terms of finance lease (leasing);

guarantees on soft credits, including the microcredits provided by banks of the Republic of Belarus according to subitem 2.1.3 of this Item;
