According to Item 9 of the Procedure for development and approval of administrative regulations of execution of the state functions (provision of the state services) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 11, 2005 N 679 (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 47, Art. 4933; 2007, N 50, Art. 6285; 2008, N 18, to the Art. 2063), I order:

1. Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of Federal Agency for State Property Management on provision of the state service "Implementation in Accordance with the Established Procedure Issues of Statements from the Register of Federal Property".

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Levitskaya A. Yu.

Administrative regulations of Federal Agency for State Property Management on provision of the state service "Implementation in Accordance with the Established Procedure Issues of Statements from the Register of Federal Property"

I. General provisions

Name of the state service

1. State service "Implementation in Accordance with the Established Procedure Issues of Statements from the Register of Federal Property" (daleegosudarstvenny service).

The name of the federal executive body which is directly providing the state service

2. Provision of the state service is performed:

1) Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo) in the relation:

- the shares which are in federal property, shares (deposits) in the authorized (share) capital of economic societies and partnerships in which shareholder rights (participant) on behalf of the Russian Federation are performed by Rosimushchestvo;

- the property constituting the state treasury of the Russian Federation, located abroad, except for the parcels of land provided to owners on the appropriate corporeal right or in use based on the relevant agreements;

2) territorial authorities of Rosimushchestvo in the relation:

- the shares which are in federal property, shares (deposits) in the authorized (share) capital of economic societies and partnerships in which shareholder rights (participant) on behalf of the Russian Federation are performed by territorial authorities of Rosimushchestvo;

- the property constituting the state treasury of the Russian Federation, located in the territory of the Russian Federation in the place of its stay according to the competence determined by regulations on the specified bodies;

- the parcels of land provided on the appropriate corporeal right or in use based on the relevant agreements to owners in place of registration (for legal entities) or preferential accommodation (for physical persons) in subjects of the Russian Federation in the territory of which are registered corresponding (except as specified when accounting of such sites is within the competence of territorial authorities);

- the federal property belonging to owners on the appropriate corporeal right in place of registration (for legal entities) or preferential accommodation (for physical persons) in subjects of the Russian Federation in the territory of which the relevant territorial authorities are registered (except as specified when accounting of the corresponding property is within the competence of territorial authorities).

3. Provision of the state service is performed according to:

1) the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2007 N 447 "About enhancement of accounting of federal property" * (1);

2) the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 5, 2008 N 432 "About Federal Agency for State Property Management" * (2);

3) the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of September 11, 2007 N 306 "About approval of form of the statement from the register of federal property" (N 10307) * is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 11.10.2007 (3);

4) the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of October 13, 2008 N 329 "About the list of data on the objects of accounting of the register of federal property which are subject to placement on the Internet on the website of Federal Agency for State Property Management" (N 12916) * is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 22.12.2008 (4).

- documents in the form of which summarized information on objects of accounting of the register of federal property, according to Item 39 of the Regulations on the accounting of federal property approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2007 N 447 "About enhancement of accounting of federal property" is provided.

5. Applicants on receipt of results of provision of the state service are:

- individual consultation (Items 8-12 of these Regulations);

- public oral consultation (Item 14 of these Regulations);

- public written consultation (Item 15 of these Regulations).

7. For receipt of information on the procedure of provision of the state service by interested persons the following forms of consultation are used:

- individual consultation personally;

- individual consultation on the Website;

- individual consultation by mail;

- individual consultation by phone;

- individual consultation on e-mail;

- public written consultation;

- public oral consultation.

Contact coordinates of Rosimushchestvo (telephone numbers for enquiries, the e-mail address, the address of the official site) on which it is possible to obtain information on procedure for execution of the state function are provided to the Internet in the appendix N 2 to these Regulations.

Contact coordinates of territorial authorities of Rosimushchestvo (telephone numbers for enquiries, the e-mail address, the address of the official site on the Internet) - the appendix N 3 to these Regulations.

The schedule of carrying out consultations is provided in the appendix N 4 to these Regulations.

8. Individual consultation personally.

Waiting time of the interested person in case of individual oral consultation cannot exceed 30 minutes.

Individual oral consultation of each interested person by the official of Rosimushchestvo or territorial authority of Rosimushchestvo (further - the official) cannot exceed 10 minutes.

If preparation of the answer requires long time, the official performing individual oral consultation can suggest the interested person to apply for necessary information in writing or to fix other time, convenient for the interested person, for oral consultation.

9. Individual consultation on the Website of Rosimushchestvo or territorial authority of Rosimushchestvo.

Information on request on the Website of Rosimushchestvo or territorial authority of Rosimushchestvo is placed in the mode of questions-answers within 10 working days, after receipt of question from the interested person. 10. Individual consultation by mail.
