This Provision determines procedure for registration and removal from accounting as payers of compulsory insurance premiums (further, unless otherwise specified, - payers) in city, district, district departments (sectors) in the cities regional, Minsk city Social Security Fund of the population of managements of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (further - bodies of Fund) by the place of their stay (residence):
legal entities;
the representations and branches having separate balance (further - representations, branches) legal entities;
representative offices of the foreign organizations;
the foreign organizations performing activities in the Republic of Belarus through permanent mission, corresponding to the signs determined by the Tax code of the Republic of Belarus (further - the foreign organizations);
