1. Establish zone of territorial expansion of powers of territorial representative offices of the National commission on the financial market according to following:

a) territorial representation of Belts with the location in municipium of Belts: municipium of Belts, areas Brichen, Dondushen, Drokiya, Edinets, Felesht, Floresht, Gloden, Oknitsa, Ryshkan, Syndzhery, Forty, Sholdenesht, Telenesht;

b) territorial representation Comrat with the location in municipium Comrat: Autonomous territorial education Gagauzia, districts of Bassarabyask, Tarakliya;

c) No. 59/13 is excluded according to the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market of the Republic of Moldova of 14.12.2013
