About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the National commission on the financial market

(1) and (2) the Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "About the National commission on the financial market" (it is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126 BIS) the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. In the Resolution No. 26/13 of 28.05.2009 "About territorial representative offices of the National commission on the financial market" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 99-100, of the Art. 431) to make the following changes:

1. 1) in Item 1 the subitem c) to exclude, the subitem b) to state in the following edition: "b) territorial representation Comrat with the location in municipium Comrat: Autonomous territorial education Gagauzia, districts of Bassarabyask, Tarakliya";

1. To add 2) in Item 2 after the word "Ungen" with the words "Kakhul, Kantemir, Chimishliya, Leova".

2. In Item 2.3. The regulations about the organization and functioning of the National commission on the financial market approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 48/5 of 27.09.2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 157-160, Art. 587), to exclude the words "and Mr. Kakhul".
