Article 1

This agreement determines conditions of construction and operation of Kambaratinsky GES-1 and GES-2, of the cascade of hydroelectric power station on Sara Jazz and Verkhne-Narynskogo's river of the cascade of hydroelectric power station, and also investment into distribution companies of the Kyrgyz Republic, including into Severelektro open joint stock company, and managements of them (further - Projects).

Article 2

Projects implementation is enabled by the following Authorized organizations:

from the Russian Side - Inter RAO UES open joint stock company;

from the Kyrgyz side - the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic, Power plants open joint stock company and "National Power Grid of Kyrgyzstan" open joint stock company.

In case of replacement of authorized organizations, the Parties without delay notify on this each other through diplomatic channels and take all necessary measures for ensuring the corresponding legal succession.

Article 3

The parties recognize that Authorized organizations approved and enable the projects implementation including including on objects of generation and power grid objects - preparation of technical and economic calculations and reasons (further - the feasibility study) on each of objects.
