1. Approve the Procedure of payments of service prices and lease of trade rooms (areas) and their servicing in the markets selling food and nonfoods which is applied.
2. To provide to department of domestic trade and household services of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine:
provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;
placement of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.03.2009 N278 "About measures concerning price stabilization for provision of services and lease of trade rooms (areas) in shopping facilities, in the markets selling food and nonfoods in the conditions of financial and economic crisis voids along with recognition invalid.
