b) The regulations on Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2004 No. 398 (Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 32, Art. 3345), to add with subitem 5.5.11 of the following content:

"5.5.11. acceptance and accounting of notifications on the beginning of implementation by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of separate work types and services in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation;";
