About measures for the organization of activities of private operators and timely payment for electrical energy
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 28, 2008 the No. UP-4058 "About the Program of Measures for Support of the Companies of Real Production Sector, Ensuring Their Stable Work and Increase in the Export Potential" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for carrying out competitive selection of investors for creation of the private operators performing functions on collection of payment for electrical energy from consumers according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on procedure of activities by the private operators performing functions on collection of payment for electrical energy from consumers according to appendix No. 2.
2. SAC of Uzbekenergo together with the acting private operators performing functions on collection of payment for electrical energy from consumers till September 1, 2009 to provide reduction of their activities in compliance with the requirements established by this resolution and their proper execution.
3. SAC of Uzbekenergo together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, Goskomdemonopolization of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State inspection Uzgosenergonadzor:
till January 1, 2010 to provide carrying out competitive selections among investors for creation of private operators, with transfer of functions to them on collection of payment for electrical energy from consumers according to the schedule according to appendix No. 3;
