1. Approve "Procedure for issue to foreigners and stateless persons of permission to temporary residence in the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).
2. Determine the minimum size of the investment investments in national economy giving the grounds for issue to foreigners and persons without citizenship of permission to temporary residence in the Azerbaijan Republic in 500.000 (five hundred thousand) manats.
3. Determine the minimum size of the money deposited in banks of the Azerbaijan Republic giving the grounds for issue to foreigners and persons without citizenship of permission to temporary residence in the Azerbaijan Republic in 50.000 (fifty thousand) manats.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
