recognizing importance of deepening of mutually beneficial long-term economic cooperation and interest of the Parties in effective use of source of raw materials,

considering need of creation of conditions for joint development and implementation of target programs and projects of cooperation for industries of fuel and energy complexes,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties on the basis of mutual advantage, mutual assistance and mutual respect of economic interests of each other will develop in every possible way cooperation in industries of fuel and energy complexes.

Article 2

The parties will take measures to preserving and expansion of the developed industry and cross-industry bonds for supplies of equipment, materials, products and other products for fuel and energy complexes.

Article 3

The parties will promote development of long-term cooperation in search and prospecting drilling, development and arrangement of oil and gas fields, construction and operation oil, gazo-and oil pipelines, transit of oil and gas for export, constructions of power lines, reconstruction of objects of power on mutually advantageous conditions with attracting investors, including the third countries.
