in view of the Contract between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan on cooperation in military area of May 25, 1993, the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan on legal status of military forming of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation which are in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 25, 1993 (further - the Agreement of May 25, 1993), the Agreement on means of missile warning systems and control of space of July 6, 1992 and the Supplement to agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan about settlement of debt of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation on public credits of December 9, 2002 about early repayment of debt of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation by transfer into the ownership of the Russian Federation of the optical-electronic Nurek node, being in state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan and to investment of the rest of debt into construction of Sangtudinsky hydroelectric power station in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 16, 2004 (daleedopolneniye to the Agreement of December 9, 2002),

For the purposes of this agreement the term "the optical-electronic Nurek node (further - the Nurek node) means the separate optical-electronic node of the control system of space including the personal and real estate (except for the parcels of land) which is in limits of the designated borders of the parcels of land.
Other terms are applied according to article 1 of the Agreement of May 25, 1993.
