About the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- scheme of management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- structure of central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- number of staff of central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- list of diplomatic and consular positions of system of bodies of diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Provide in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic of position of three deputy ministers, including the one first deputy minister, and also position of the secretary of state.

3. To the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of distribution of powers and obligations between deputy ministers and the secretary of state without fail to include carrying out daily current work with Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic in obligations of the first deputy minister.

4. Enter in the Register of managerial state positions of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Register of the state positions of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 27, 2007 No. 385, the following changes:

- in Chapter 10 "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic":

in the G2 group of category "Main Position" "The chief of service of the state protocol" to exclude line item;

in the G3 group of category "Main Position" "The deputy chief of service of the state protocol" to exclude line item;

in the M1 group of category "Younger Position" "The specialist of the 1st category" to exclude line item.

5. Ceased to be valid the Presidential decree KR of December 14, 2009 unitary enterprise No. 573.

6. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.

7. To impose control of execution of this Decree on department of foreign policy of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. This Decree becomes effective from signature date.
