About approval of the Veterinary sanitary standard establishing conditions on health of animals and veterinary and sanitary certification when importing bees and bumblebees

For the purpose of health protection of bees, the prevention of transfer of diseases from animals to the person and according to provisions of the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 51-54, of the Art. 153) and the Law No. 70-XVI of March 30, 2006 on beekeeping (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 75-78, of the Art. 316), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Veterinary sanitary standard establishing conditions on health of animals and veterinary and sanitary certification when importing bees and bumblebees it (is applied).

2. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
