About lump sum payment to families in case of the birth of two and more children on acquisition children's prophetic prime necessity

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that to families in case of the birth of two and more children are made lump sum payment on acquisition children's prophetic prime necessity on each of children in the amount of the double largest size of the budget of the subsistence minimum on average per capita established by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection for two last quarters before birth date of children.

2. Approve Regulations on procedure of lump sum payment to families in case of the birth of two and more children on acquisition children's prophetic prime necessity (are applied).

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 21, 2004 No. 1174 "About payment of monetary compensation to families in case of the birth of twins" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 154, 5/14881);

subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2007 No. 448 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 92, 5/25018).

4. Provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
