About formation of the Commission on questions of implementation of pension reforming
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form the Commission on questions of implementation of pension reforming.
2. Approve structure and Regulations on the Commission on questions of implementation of pension reforming which are applied.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. To the commission chairman concerning implementation of pension reforming to consider on commission session the draft of the Concept of further carrying out pension reform approved with the party of labor unions and the All-Ukrainian Unions of the organizations of employers and entrepreneurs who are subjects of the General agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the All-Ukrainian Unions of the organizations of employers and entrepreneurs both All-Ukrainian labor unions and professional associations for 2008-2009 and till September 15, 2009 to make offers concerning its approval to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
