1. Approve the enclosed Rules of project development of local budgets.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 21, 2004 No. 678 "About approvals of Rules of project development of local budgets" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 25, the Art. 321);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 8, 2007 No. 679 "About entering of amendments and changes into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 21, 2004 No. 678" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 27, the Art. 317).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
