This Law determines procedure for the organization and activities of authorized state body in the field of supervision and regulation of the financial market (further - authorized body) and governs the relations connected with implementation of state regulation and supervision of the non-bank financial market, financial accounting and auditor activities.
1. The legislation on authorized body, state regulation and supervision of the non-bank financial market, financial accounting and auditor activities is based on the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also come in the procedure established by the law into force of international treaties and agreements which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.
