About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service on regulation and supervision of the financial market of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Public service on regulation and supervision of the financial market of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 759) the following changes and amendments:
1. To state the name of the Law in the following edition:
"About authorized state body in the field of supervision and regulation of the financial market".
2. In all text of the Law, except for names, parts 1 of Article 2 in official language, the paragraph of the thirteenth of Article 6, of the paragraph of the sixteenth of part 2 of Article 7 of the word "Public service" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized body" in the corresponding cases.
3. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Article 1. Sphere of regulation of this Law
This Law determines procedure for the organization and activities of authorized state body in the field of supervision and regulation of the financial market (further - authorized body) and governs the relations connected with implementation of state regulation and supervision of the non-bank financial market, financial accounting and auditor activities.".
4. In Article 2:
in the name and part of 1 text in official language of the word "about Public service" shall be replaced with words "about authorized body";
recognize part 2 invalid.
5. State Article 4 in the following edition:
