About approval of the Regulations on procedure for construction, acceptance and technological accession of small hydroelectric power stations to power networks

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for construction, acceptance and technological accession of small hydroelectric power stations to power networks (further - the Provision).
2. To the relevant authorized bodies which competence the construction, acceptance and technological accession of small hydroelectric power stations to power networks enters, strictly to be guided by this Provision.
3. To the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring earlier made decisions into accord with this resolution.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of power and mineral resources of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
