Requirements to creation of the card (plan) of object of land management

I. General provisions

1. The card (plan) of object of land management is the document displaying in graphical and text forms location, the size and borders of object of land management, and also other its characteristics.

2. The card (plan) of object of land management is constituted by results of the description of location of borders of object of land management or part (parts) of such borders and (or) establishment of borders of object of land management or part (parts) of such borders on the area in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The card (plan) of object of land management is constituted with use of data of the State Immovable Property Cadastre, cartographic materials, materials of remote sensing, and also according to the measurements received on the area.

3. The card (plan) of object of land management is constituted by person having according to Item 6 of Article 69 of the Land code of the Russian Federation the right of performance of works on land management including the cadastral engineer (further - the contractor).

4. The card (plan) of object of land management consists of text and graphical parts which are divided into Sections.
