About the project documentation on use of natural resources
Based on Item 3 of article 40 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on subsoil, Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, and subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus is DECIDED:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for development, approval and approval of the project documentation on use of natural resources, entering of changes into it it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
