based on Regulations on the Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States approved by the Protocol of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States of June 21, 2000

noting that the place of stay of Commonwealths of Independent States Executive committee determines the Republic of Belarus, the city of Minsk,

considering need of creating favorable conditions for activities of Commonwealths of Independent States Executive committee in the territory of the Republic of Belarus,

proceeding from the fact that all opportunities for accomplishment of its functions, immunities and privileges provided by the documents accepted within the Commonwealth shall be given to Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the stated below terms have the following value:

"Committee" - Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States;

"The head of Committee" - the Chairman Ispolnitelnogo the komitetaispolnitelny secretary of the Commonwealth of Independent States;

"officials" - the citizens of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States appointed to work in Committee on representation of these states to positions according to the quotas assigned to each state;

"staff of Committee" - the citizens of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States working in Committee on the basis of the employment contracts or contracts signed with them (except administrative technicians);

"members of families" - the spouse (spouse), minor children and persons which are dependent on officials and the staff of Committee and who are constantly living together with them;

"premises of Committee" - buildings or parts of buildings used for the official purposes of Committee.
