1. Approve Regulations on Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States it (is applied).

2. With entry into force of the this Protocol terminate:

The decision of Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the Executive Secretariat of the Commonwealth of Independent States of May 14, 1993;

The agreement on creation of Interstate economic Committee of Economic union of October 21, 1994.

3. To Council of Heads of Government to consider at the regular meeting question of reduction of number of vice-chairmen of Executive committee - the Executive secretary of the CIS and employees of the office of Executive committee of the Commonwealth according to Regulations on Executive committee of the CIS.

4. The this Protocol becomes effective from the date of signing, and for the State Parties which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from the date of delivery of the relevant documents to depositary.

It is made in the city of Moscow on June 21, 2000 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed the this Protocol, its verified copy.
