About further enhancement of the Single scale of charges on compensation
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 8, 2009 and for the purpose of further strengthening of the stimulating salary role the Cabinet of Ministers decides N UP-4119 "About Increase in the Sizes of the Salary, Pensions, Grants and Social Benefits":
1. Assume as a basis the Single scale of charges on compensation the established size of minimum wage and approve new tariff coefficients according to the appendix N 1.
2. Ceased to be valid.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the appendix N 3.
4. This resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2009.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
