About approval of the Regulations on conducting examinations and rating estimates of national electronic information resource

According to the Law of Ukraine "About information", the Regulations on the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2007 N 897, and for the purpose of expansion of access of the population to national electronic information resource I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on conducting examinations and rating estimates of national electronic information resource it (is applied).

2. To provide to department of information policy together with legal management provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee Gorobtsov V. O.

4. This order becomes effective in 10 days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
