1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine of April 16, 2009 No. 156 "About approval of the Regulations on conducting examinations and rating estimates of national electronic information resource", No. 638/16654 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 15, 2009.

2. Department of information policy (Chervak B. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
