About measures for development and expansion of family entrepreneurship without formation of legal entity and mechanical activities

In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 12, 2008 "About measures for implementation of the Convention on the minimum age for employment and the Convention on prohibition and immediate measures for eradication of the worst forms of child labor ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan" and for the purpose of further development of family entrepreneurship and workmanship as one of the most effective remedies of increase in the income of household budgets, involvement of the unoccupied population in productive activity and preserving centuries-old traditions of national crafts the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. 207:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, the Ministry of Economics, State committee on demonopolization, support of the competition and entrepreneurship and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan on reference of mechanical activities of citizens to forms of home work.

2. Approve Regulations on procedure of family entrepreneurship without formation of legal entity and mechanical activities according to appendix.

3. To the ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

together with the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent interested in the ministries and departments, Hunarmand Association to provide coordination and support of development of the Family entrepreneurship and mechanical activities on system basis;

together with the State committee according to the statistics to organize accounting of the citizens participating in family entrepreneurship, and also performing mechanical activities, including pupils of handicraftsmen as occupied with home work;
