About approval of the Procedure for use in customs authorities of permissions and the conclusions of Public service of export control of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of the international transfers of military goods and double use", Article 97 of the Customs code of Ukraine, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 01.10.2008 N 886 "About amendment of the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 20, 2003 N 1807 and of January 28, 2004 N 86" and for the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for use when implementing customs clearance of the goods which are subject to the state export control, allowing documents in the field of the state export control I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for use in customs authorities of permissions and the conclusions of Public service of export control of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To management of actions of trade policy (Pashinny O. I.) and to Legal department (Babyuk V. L.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To administration (Pogorelova T. C) provide bringing this order to customs authorities.
