According to Article 197 of the Customs code of Ukraine of March 13, 2012 No. 4495-VI, the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of the international transfers of military goods and double use", the Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of military goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 20, 2003 No. 1807, the Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of goods of double use approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 28, 2004 No. 86, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for use in customs authorities of permissions and conclusions of Public service of export control of Ukraine and their electronic copies which is applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of classification of goods and measures of regulation of foreign trade activities of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Gutnik A. E.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.
