About approval of the Regulations on procedure for repayment of the amounts paid on early old-age pension and for special working conditions
According to articles 9-1 and 12-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for repayment of the amounts paid on early old-age pension and for special working conditions.
2. Recommend to Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide in accordance with the established procedure carrying out explanatory and organizational work on application of this Provision.
3. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
