1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for ship delivery in the sea and river ports of Ukraine open for calling of courts of foreign swimming;

the list of resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to which it is necessary to make changes.

2. To the central executive bodies in two-month time:

prepare and submit in accordance with the established procedure the decision on introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which list is approved by this resolution;

bring own acts into accord with this resolution.

Procedure for ship delivery in the sea and river ports of Ukraine open for calling of courts of foreign swimming

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of ship delivery of ship equipment, its component parts, ship spare parts, ship supplies, and also works, in particular by survey, the recertificate, the scheduled works or repair of ship equipment and provision of services connected with ensuring functioning of the vessel, its mechanisms, the equipment, life activity of crew, servicing of passengers and safety of navigation (further work and rendering of services), in the sea and river ports of Ukraine open for calling of courts of foreign swimming.

2. In this Procedure the stated below terms are applied in such value:
