Management of statistics of the State Customs Service of Ukraine on the one hand, and Information center of Customs department of the Ministry of the tax income of Georgia, on the other hand, further - the Parties, in pursuance of article 6 of the Protocol between the State Customs Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of the tax income of Georgia on order of interaction concerning data exchange of foreign trade statistics approved the following:

1. The parties quarterly exchange data of customs statistics which are created based on these cargo customs declarations, according to the details and structure determined in appendices 1, 2 to the this Protocol.

2. Data exchange is performed on separate goods items on which there are greatest discrepancies in statistical data or which are of the greatest interest to the Parties. The list of such goods items is determined and transferred by the Parties quarterly. In case of non receipt of one of the Parties of such list to 1 number of the second month of quarter of the following for reporting, information is transferred on earlier specified goods items.

3. The Parties do not exchange data on goods, disclosure of data on which is forbidden by national legal systems.

4. In case of impossibility of provision of data of one of the Parties she in writing informs on it other Party.

5. In case of need the Parties exchange the normative reference materials necessary for processing of the transmitted data.

6. Information is transmitted in the form of databases of DBF format on magnetic carriers through Embassy of the Republic Georgia in Ukraine.
