About approval of the Instruction for provision of data and use of information of the state land cadastre of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for provision of data and use of information of the state land cadastre of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To provide to management of the state land cadastre and monitoring of lands of Department of the state control of use and protection of lands and state land cadastre of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on management of land resources the direction of this Order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. To impose control of execution of this Order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on management of land resources Raymbekov K. U.
4. This Order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
