According to Item 9 of article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About education" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Standard rules of activities methodical (educational and methodical, scientific and methodical) council and procedure for its election.

2. Declare invalid the order of the deputy. The Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 22, 2005 No. 554 "About approval of Rules of the organization of work of methodical council of higher educational institution", No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan 3825).

3. (Omirbayev S. M.) to provide to department of the higher and postgraduate education state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Shamshidinova K. N.
