The ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
noting importance of the problems connected with ensuring industrial safety and need of their decision for the purpose of providing security guarantees of life and health of the workers occupied on hazardous production facilities and also protection of the population and the surrounding environment against technogenic accidents,
in view of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of ensuring industrial safety on hazardous production facilities signed between the governments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States on September 28, 2001, aiming at development and deepening of cooperation between the Parties and being guided by need of carrying out the coordinated actions for ensuring industrial safety on hazardous production facilities on the basis of use on mutually advantageous conditions of the accumulated experience and scientific and technical achievements,
having complete independence in questions of forming and realization of state policy in the field of ensuring industrial safety on hazardous production facilities, and also based on the national principles and approaches to forming of legal regulation and the state supervision in the field of ensuring industrial safety,
for the purpose of increase in growth of economic capacity of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan agreed as follows:
