1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on carrying out experiment on the state support of provision of the educational credits to students of the educational institutions of higher education having the state accreditation;

Rules of provision from the federal budget of subsidies to banks on compensation of part of costs on not returned educational loans granted to students of the educational institutions of higher education having the state accreditation;

Rules of provision from the federal budget of subsidies to banks on compensation of part of costs for interest payment on the educational loans granted to students of the educational institutions of higher education having the state accreditation within the experiment on the state support of provision of the educational credits;

changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 23, 2007 by N534 "About Carrying Out Experiment on the State Support of Provision of the Educational Credits to Students of the Educational Institutions of Higher Education Having the State Accreditation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 35, the Art. 4317).
