in case of state registration of non-profit organization during creation;

in case of change of the data containing in the certificate in connection with entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the record attracting such changes;

when losing of the certificate by non-profit organization with submission of the acts, references and other documents confirming the fact of loss of the certificate;

in case of damage of the certificate attracting impossibility of its use, in case of submission of the original of the damaged certificate;
