- the commission chairman - the director of Institute of geology of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- the vice-chairman of the Commission - the first deputy director of the State storage under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Members of the commission:
- head of department of examination and analysis of gemstones of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- head of department of support of entrepreneurship of the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property;
- the chief of the gemological sector of the State probirnadzor under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan;
