According to Articles 41 and 62 of the Customs code of Ukraine and for the purpose of the organization of customs examination of goods and vehicles with use of the mobile radiographic M4507 Eagle system at check points through frontier I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for customs examination of goods and vehicles with use of the mobile radiographic M4507 Eagle system at check points through frontier (further the Procedure) which is applied.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
3. To chiefs of customs in which zone of activities check points through frontier are located and in which installation of the mobile radiographic M4507, Eagle system is provided to bring changes in the technological scheme of implementation of customs control of goods and vehicles at check points through frontier taking into account Procedure provisions.
4. To department of customs control at check points of State Customs Service of Ukraine (Serbaylo A. I.) and to Legal department (Babyuk V. L.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Service Fedorov O. O.
